"Emma Lee was helpful in every aspect of the process"

"I have used Emma Lee as a buyer when we moved to the beach and when we decided to sell. Emma Lee was helpful in every aspect of the process. She handled all of the details so I could continue to focus on my family and work. Emma Lee was very proactive in marketing our listing and worked to cultivate prospects for our beach cottage. She continuously worked to get our home sold in what we would consider a tough economic time at the beach. It's nice to do business with someone that knows the beach, knows her customer, and works hard. She answered many calls at 7pm at night just to make sure I didn't worry. I certainly consider Emma Lee and incredible resource. If our family settles back to the beach, we will certainly call Emma Lee!"

"Angela helped us buy and sell our home with ease!"

"Angela helped us buy and sell our home with ease! She had the utmost professionalism and had an amazing work ethic. Her great understanding of area gave us perfect recommendations on price ranges (buying and listing) and negotiation tactics. Angela was very responsive to all of our questions and had amazing communication throughout. When we worked with Angela to buy our home, we knew when it was time to sell, there was no doubt in our mind we were calling her again! If we ever end up moving back into the area, she will be our first call!"

"I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a home by the beach!"

"My wife and I were recently in the market for a condo on Emerald Isle and Kathy Perry was mentioned as a very highly recommended agent. I had spoken with other agents, but Kathy was very easy to talk to. She had a great demeanor and sense of humor in our chat and she recognized where I was in the process of buying a condo (very early stages) and she worked with that to get me just the info I needed. During the process of looking at places with my family, she was very insightful, pointing out things that we needed to know and things we needed to consider. She did not pressure us into buying or looking at places. She let us dictate the pace. Once we were ready to put in an offer, she was extremely helpful and organized when it came to wrangling all of the necessary parties to get the deal closed. I am very thankful that Kathy was there to help with the process, and she
