Getting to Know Emma Lee Singleton

Emma Lee has been a valued member of the Emerald Isle Realty team for the past 22 years. Originally from Kinston, NC, Emma Lee's love of the Crystal Coast began early. Family vacations at Emerald Isle began when she was 8 years old. Emma Lee spends her free time taking long walks on the beach, boating, and reading.

What advice does Emma Lee have for those interested in purchasing coastal real estate? "Don’t assume every realtor is in expert in an area. You want an expert in coastal real estate and on the area of interest. There is a difference."
