Born and raised here on the Crystal Coast, I don’t just sell real estate here—I know this area as home. From our beach communities and neighborhoods to the unique considerations that come with coastal property ownership, I bring a lifetime of local knowledge and more than 20 years of hospitality and vacation rental experience to every client relationship.

I hold a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a focus on hospitality and tourism and began my career with Emerald Isle Realty in 2003. That experience gave me a front-row seat to the vacation rental industry and coastal real estate long before I became a REALTOR®. Today, that background allows me to offer my clients a perspective that goes well beyond the transaction. I understand what makes a successful vacation rental, what second-home ownership at the coast can look like, and the details that can make one property or location a better fit than another.

As a Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS), I especially enjoy helping clients navigate the purchase and sale of second homes, investment properties, and coastal residences. Whether you’ve dreamed about owning a place at the beach for years, are looking for an investment opportunity, or are ready to make the Crystal Coast your permanent home, my job is to help you make a confident, informed decision.

My approach to real estate is personal and hands-on. I believe good communication matters, details matter, and my clients should always feel like they have someone in their corner. I’m not here simply to open doors or put a sign in the yard—I want to be a trusted local resource before, during, and long after the transaction is complete.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about plants and gardening, fitness, and cooking, and I love to travel whenever I get the chance. I’m an active member of the Emerald Isle Garden Club and enjoy volunteering and participating in community events throughout the year. Staying involved and connected to the community I’ve called home my entire life is incredibly important to me.
